This occurs when the computer is unable to autorun the disk. Use the following directions to create a shortcut on your desktop which will use your default web browser to view the contents of the disk:

1. Go to My Computer or Computer. (If you have Windows 8 or 10, click on the yellow folder in the taskbar.)

2. Right-click over the drive labeled AEM_. Select Open or Open in New Window from the menu that comes down. Then go to the CRS or MM folder.

3. Inside this folder you will find a file titled index.html. Right-click over that file and select Create Shortcut. It will ask you if you would like to place the shortcut on the desktop. Please say “yes."

4. This will create a shortcut on the Desktop. If you use this shortcut from now on, you can bypass the error message and go into the course. Be sure you have the disk inserted before clicking on the icon.
