Access is automatically ended once the one-year subscription window has closed. Your student will receive a notification two weeks prior to the end of the subscription. If you believe you have special circumstances that require an extension, please e-mail your request to [email protected] to obtain instructions for how to pay for an extension before your subscription expires.

We offer a one-time, 3-month extension for $75. However, extensions will only be honored for 30 days past the conclusion date, so please make the request prior to that date. Once paid, we will extend the expiration date on your account by three months from the original expiration date.

Please note that Self-Paced Course extensions are non-refundable.
