In Module 8, On Your Own 8.10, why do I get a different answer than the one in the book?

You must be forgetting to SQUARE the speed or you are making some other mistake, because the book is correct.
If you take 6.67×10-11 and multiply by 5.98×1024, you get 3.98866…x1014.
Then, if you take that number and divide by 6.6×103 squared, you get
9.156703…x106, which rounds to 9.2×106.
