You must be forgetting to SQUARE the speed or you are making some other mistake, because the book is correct.

 

If you take 6.67×10-11 and multiply by 5.98×1024, you get 3.98866…x1014.

Then, if you take that number and divide by 6.6×103 squared, you get

9.156703…x106, which rounds to 9.2×106.
