Most of the activities utilize common household items, and each textbook includes a list of all the items you’ll need so that you can prepare. The lab supply lists are also included in the textbook samples. 

Some outside companies sell kits designed to work with Apologia’s Young Explorer books, and you may find these helpful in gathering materials. Please keep in mind that 1st edition lab kits will not be compatible with our Young Explorer 2nd edition titles.
