What is the bulb thermometer used in Physical Science Experiment 2.1?

A bulb thermometer is the typical glass thermometer that has a little bulb on the bottom, which is usually full of a red liquid. You read the temperature by looking at the line of red that rises from the bulb. If you go to any garden center, the outdoor thermometers that they have are usually bulb thermometers.
