What is the refund policy for Recorded Classes?

Vimeo has a 30-day refund policy. Please send your request to [email protected] with the following information:

 

  • Date of purchase
  • Video course to refund, along with a link to the course
  • A link to your Vimeo profile (for example, https://vimeo.com/user55224663). You can find this by hovering over the blue smiley face in the upper right corner and clicking View Profile. The user profile link will be in the search bar.

Apologia does not directly issue the refunds for Recorded Classes and Streaming Video Lessons since the rental transaction was made with Vimeo. Apologia must submit eligible refund requests to Vimeo prior to the 30-day deadline. Please send us your request within 21 days so that we have time to submit the request. Vimeo does not grant exceptions to the 30-day policy.
